Description

HAS (helicase-SANT?Cassociated) domains are present in chromatin remodelers, modifiers. In Chromatin structure remodeling (RSC), the HSA domains modulate the ATPases activity of RSC complex. HAS domain interacted with nuclear actin-related proteins (ARPs) and this interaction controls chromatin remodeling.
